The Innkeeper's Cottage features unparalleled views of Mt. Equinox and the Green Mountains. It is a ground floor, handicapped accessible stand alone home that is ideal for a family or two couples. 

As the name suggests, it was built for the original innkeeper who transformed The Wilburton estate from a private home into a resort. It was recently redecorated with a new walk in shower added in the summer of 2023 and a new galley kitchen added in 2017.

Dine al fresco on the large deck and bask in the dazzling view.

Cozy up by the romantic wood burning fire in the spacious living room/dining room.

This 1,5000 sq foot home is available as a seasonal ski season rental with discounted rates for 2 week to 4 month stays.

There are hardwood floors throughout the house.

The Innkeeper’s Cottage features:

• Two very large king master bedrooms with 2 ensuite full bathrooms, TVs and roomy closets

• Office/den with queen sleeper sofa. (Can also be used as a 3rd bedroom.)

• Newly renovated kitchen with: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, pots & pans

• Fast free fiber WiFi, on site parking, washer/dryer, window AC in summer.

• Housekeeping & linen service available as a add on $40/hour.

• Bring Fido! Dogs welcome for an additional $125/stay.
