New Year's Eve Dinner dance CELEBRATION

The Wilburton Inn offers two delicious holiday dinners by Chef Paul Kropp. Enjoy the warm, lively atmosphere at our Vermont country inn. Children welcome.

Our Family Dinner Party begins with a holiday sing-along at 5:30 pm with Innkeeper Melissa Levis, followed by a 6pm delicious plated dinner with party favors.
$75 for adults, 1/2 price for children under 10. Children under 2 free.

Our Romantic New Year's Dinner Dance Feast begins at 8:45 pm. This seating includes a more premium plated dinner, and complimentary midnight champagne toast. DJ dance party with music for all generations. Dance party from 9PM - 12:30AM .
$95 for adults, ½ price for children 10 and under.

Apple, Fennel & Farro Salad with a pomegranate vinaigrette

Baby Greens with heirloom grape tomatoes, cucumbers,

red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, glazed walnuts, chevre and a maple vinaigrette

Entrees

All entrees are served with a  trio of seasonal vegetables with haricot vert, braised red cabbage  and butternut squash puree.

Faroe Island Salmon ‘La Plancha’, with pumpkin seed vinaigrette on

braised kale and served with a wild rice cake.

Moroccan Spiced Roasted Breast of Chicken with a tomato-saffron broth,

preserved lemons and green olives.  Served with a date, almond and fresh herb couscous.

Smoke Roasted Sirloin with a chimichurri and duck fat fingerling potatoes.


Vegetable Wellington...marinated portabella with a spinach and

vegetable  stuffing wrapped in puffed pastry and served with a classic Romesco.
