WILBURTON INN GUEST ROOM LODGING POLICIES

CHECK IN & OUT

Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Please call 802-362-2500 and let us know what time you'll be arriving so we can welcome you.  We do our best to accommodate early check ins and late check outs pending availability. Late arrivals are welcome.  There is staff onsite 24 hours to assist you should you need help.


BED & BREAKFAST RATES

Bed and Breakfast rates are based on double occupancy and include a full country breakfast for two. 

Extra Guests

There is a $35/per person/per night fee for additional adults. Children are an extra $25 per person/per night ages 8 - 12. Children under seven stay free, however there is a $25 fee per cot/per night and $15/fee per pack-and-play per night.  If you chose to bring an air mattress and request linens and blankets, there is an additional fee of $25/per night. 

You must let us know at the time of booking how many children and adults will be staying in the room. Not all of our rooms can accommodate cots or extra guests so it is imperative that you declare the full size of your group so that we can welcome appropriately. 

Deposits

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations: For each room, a deposit for one night or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater, is necessary to confirm your reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival. House Rentals Accommodations: A deposit of 50% is necessary to confirm your reservation and the balance will be due one month before arrival. If booking within a month of arrival, the full amount will be due at time of reservation. 

Group Blocks for BED & BREAKFAST Reservations

One night's stay of the entire block of rooms (the Deposit) is required to hold the reservation for your group. The Deposit will be credited back to you by check at the time of your guests' departure. If there are cancellations or early departures, outstanding charges will be subtracted from the Deposit refund. 

PETS

Our four-legged innkeeper, Jetson, loves welcoming all dogs. (And fellow Cavalier King Charles Spaniels do not need to pay any dog fees.) Please call the inn to let us know if you'll be bringing a dog. Pre-approved dogs can stay in all guest rooms with the exception of the Wilburton mansion. Bed & Breakfast guests are charged an additional $40 per pet, per night. House rental guests pay $125 per pet for their visit. Pets must be kept in a crate when unattended. Please be respectful of our other guests and do not leave dogs that are prone to barking. We ask that you leave your cellphone number with the front desk so we can reach you in case of emergency. Guests are responsible for any additional pet cleaning fees or damages. 

MINIMUM STAYS

A two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends. We welcome week long and month long extended rentals in our guest rooms and vacation homes. Please call to discuss pricing.

HOUSEKEEPING  

Bed and Breakfast rates includes daily housekeeping. (House rentals include linens and housekeeping at the end of a stay. Daily housekeeping can be added to houses for $35/room.) We are a non-smoking inn. Please throw out all cigarette buts in cans/ashtrays.

Miscellaneous Information

All guest rooms have a private bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and ample nearby parking. All guest rooms have window A/C units during the summer. 

Breakfast is available for outside guests for $20 per person plus tax and tip. 

We have many ground floor guest rooms and several handicapped guest room.

Bed & Breakfast Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a $35 per-room processing fee, provided we are contacted at least 14 days before arrival. If you cancel or shorten the time of your stay less than 14 days prior to arrival, you are still responsible for the full amount of your reserved stay - unless we are able to re-rent those nights.  Please understand that our reservation policies are a vital part of managing a small family-owned and operated inn.  For special events and holiday periods, full pre-payment may be requested.

HOUSE RENTAL CANCELLATIONS

If the house can be re-rented during your dates for the same rates, we will refund your payment, less a $250 cancellation fee. If we are only able to partially fill the dates, or re-rent the house at a lower rate, we will refund the lower amount, less the $250 cancellation fee. Please note that a late arrival or early departure for any reason does not warrant any refund of rent.
