At the beginning of the twentieth century, Wilburton Hall was the largest gentleman's farm in Manchester. This summer Oliver Levis, a graduate of Cornell's Agriculture School has planted heirloom organic crops all around the Wilburton Inn hilltop. Old fashion heirloom produce burst of flavors because they are picked right before dinner. We are serving cocktails on the terrace and dinner Thursday - Sunday in the air conditioned restaurant, The Billiard Room. Our table is set with gleaming silver, crystal glasses, fine china, and lovely fresh flowers. We use prime ingredients and all baking is done at the restaurant of the Wilburton Inn.
