Levis and Georgette have for some time been involved with the Greening
of the Wilburton Inn. They have been leaders in the community by utilizing
the latest energy and water conservation technologies. The last 2 years, the restaurant has featured organic vegetables and eggs from their son Oliver's local farms at Teleion Holon and Earth Sky Time. In fact we feature these product for all of our weddings at the Wilburton Inn. Ask Colleen about our Green Weddings. Not only has this been a savings to the environment, but to our customers and the Wilburton Inn itself. As new technologies and better products emerge, Dr Levis and Georgette are dedicated to the change for a better environment for all.
